Mike McKenna
Mike McKennaExecutive Director
Originally from New England, Mike McKenna is the Executive Director for The Chamber and an award-winning journalist. Mike first moved to the Wood River Valley in 1996 and worked in the restaurant and landscaping fields locally before following his writing career onto New Hampshire and California.

Mike was a member of The Chamber’s Board of Directors for several years before being asked to become Executive Director. Over the last couple of decades, Mike has served on the boards of a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Wood River Baseball and Softball Association and an appointed member of the Hailey Tree Committee.

When he’s not working, Mike can usually be found biking, coaching youth sports like baseball and hockey, and fishing or Nordic skiing around the Wood River Valley. He can often be found enjoying these activities with his wife, Brooke, and their two young sons and fifth generation Idahoans, Jack and Sam.

Cheryl Armstrong Fulton
Cheryl Armstrong FultonOffice Manager
Cheryl has spent the vast majority of her career as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant working in start-up companies and not-for-profits serving communities, families, and animals. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development/Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.

Her background includes serving as the Membership Director at the Yakima Valley Visitor’s and Convention Bureau and Operations Director at the Snoqualmie Valley Chamber of Commerce. Since returning to Idaho 15 years ago, she served as Executive Assistant and Board Liaison at the Idaho Health Insurance Exchange and, after moving back to the Wood River Valley, as the Development and Administration Manager at Mountain Humane. Her grown children (a daughter and son) live in nearby Boise. She enjoys spending time hiking with her Mini-Aussie, paddle boarding, fly fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing.
